Gabe was great to work with - he is obviously very knowledgeable about his profession and did an amazing job installing our new garage door opener. It wasn't a big job at all, but it was important to us to get it done quickly and correctly, and Gabe took the time to walk us through what he did and how he improved on the previous opener we had. All told great service and would definitely use Lifted again for other projects!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very transparent when it comes to pricing. A basic service call price is $89 an hour. As far as other repairs and jobs, it will vary depending on the door and details, we are happy to get free estimates to our customers for the work they are looking to get done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make contact with the customer to evaluate what they are wanting or needing for the service. We would then schedule a time to meet with the customer either on the property or virtually. Then we can get some estimates for the customer for the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 16+ years working in the industry repairing, installing, and replacing residential and commercial garage doors.
