- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer PREMIUM COUNTERTOP CLEANING, SEALING, AND RESTORATION at a fraction of big company prices. Because I’m a BYU STUDENT WITH NO OVERHEAD, you get the SAME OR BETTER PROFESSIONAL RESULTS for less. Pricing is typically per square foot, and I provide FREE QUOTES before any work starts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I assess your countertops and discuss your goals. Then I recommend the best service—whether it’s basic cleaning & sealing or full premium restoration. I schedule a convenient time and perform the service with care using PROFESSIONAL-GRADE, FOOD-SAFE PRODUCTS. Most importantly, if you’re NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS, YOU WON’T BE CHARGED. I stay until you’re happy with the outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED IN STONE SEALING AND RESTORATION by industry experts. This includes advanced techniques for DEEP CLEANING, SEALING, POLISHING, SCRATCH REMOVAL, AND COLOR RESTORATION. I use the SAME HIGH-QUALITY PRODUCTS AND METHODS as top countertop companies.
