My name is Mike Neff, I am founder/owner of Gutter Minded. I worked for another gutter company and decided to branch off and create my own gutter business in 2023. My focus is quality, I will take the time to make sure you are 100% satisfied. We are licensed and insured. We install seamless gutters 5k and 6k, fascia, soffit, we do cleanings, repairs, heat tape, we cater to all your gutter needs. Our gutters come with a one year warranty on installation, we travel throughout Utah. Give us a call for a hassle free estimate.

I hired Mike Neff and Gutter Minded to install a run of 6" half-round copper gutters. He provided a fully itemized estimate, including every part he would use in the job. He was the only bidder out of four gutter firms I contacted who offered a detailed itemized estimate, and his bid was very reasonable. He arrived on time and because he was working with copper, which picks up fingerprints easily, he and his assistant wore gloves when handling any of the gutter components. He checked with me regularly to see if I had preferences about aspects of the installation and even modified the location of the copper brackets at my request. He stands by his work and says to let him know if there are any issues. He will return and correct them. The finished product looks fabulous. I highly recommend Mike and Gutter Minded.

Wow... honestly 5 stars is not enough! I contacted Mike among others for a small fascia repair I've been struggling to find someone to do at a reasonable cost for months. He replied right away, came over to make the actual repair right away, and went above and beyond what I originally requested. Not only did he repair the section that was broken, but went around and secured other areas to prevent the same issue from happening again anywhere else. I then brought up a problem section of my gutter that has been an issue for years, and he also took the time and had the supplies ready to replace that too. And he did all of this at a better price than most of the other estimates I received for just the one repair alone, which I really appreciate. After dealing with getting ghosted so often, flaky communication, and high-ball estimates, the integrity displayed by Mike was SO refreshing. He and his son were super nice and very professional, and did great quality work. No complaints on anything! I could not be more happy with or recommend him any more highly!
