They are professional, reasonable and very accommodating. I had inside doors installed and a sliding barn door and then a few other repairs, all done all fixed and no longer annoying me.

I recently had my water heater fail and damage my walls and flooring. Dylan responded to my call for help in under an hour and was at my place to give me an estimate the following morning. We agreed on a price and the work started the following day. Replacing the drywall was difficult because the condo used two sheets for noise reasons but the installation was spot on and the water heater was completed in a blink.

I love this company! We had a few small jobs we couldnt get anyone to come out and do for less than an obscene amount. But Dillon showed up, took care of our little jobs quickly and professionally, but since we hired him for the day, we got four more issues resolved for a fraction of the cost. I would recommend Dillon and his crew for all your needs!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Handyman Connection we price the majority of the projects we receive by the job and not the hour. In some cases, we will break it down to an hourly rate if necessary. Our minimum is charge is $150.00. We offer free estimates, and virtual estimates which allow us to get our customers a price much faster.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer can call or text our office number to receive a free estimate. They can also request a free estimate through our website. Once we receive a request for an estimate our office staff will reach out directly to the customer and set an onsite estimate or ask for uploaded images to review and estimate virtually. Our office staff is both friendly and professional, they work with the customer's schedule to meet all their needs.
