I absolutely loved the quick response, as well as the quality of Kaiser’s work. I was missing some bolts, and he could have easily refused the job, but, he was able to find some spare bolts of his own. He was prepared, he was kind, and great!

I have an unusual job to do. I need to replace the motor of a Vividstorm projector screen, and I decided to hire a pro to help me out and ensure everything is installed properly. I contacted Kaiser, who responded quickly, and we set up the appointment for the next day.
Kaisar and Rozaliia arrived on time the next day. The job wasn’t as easy as we expected after replacing the motor. We met some more technical issues, but they spent time opening the screen device, checking every detail, and resolving the problem step by step. We finally got everything right on the 3rd appt. Kaisar and Rozaliia were kind and patient, understood the situation, and never let me feel they were in a rush. I very much appreciated their commitment to the job! I will hire them again if I need to install anything for my home. Thank you, Kaisar & Rozaliia!

Kaisar did an amazing job, I didn’t realize that he wasn’t an electrician and couldn’t hide the wires 100% but he did an amazing job and even hung up a piece of art work for me.

10/10 would hire immediately again. I had 2 large container store Elfa plus closet installs and if you are familiar with these products, they are not easy! Kaisar and Rozaliia were the absolute best duo I’ve ever worked with on Thumbtack. They are both extremely skilled and knowledgeable about the contracting space.
