FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50 a productive hour. I won’t charge unless I’m getting something done. So if I have a tool that fails or something goes wrong on my end, that’s on me. You don’t pay for my mishaps. My work is guaranteed 100%. I will make it right no matter what.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require half the labor cost up front and 100% for materials. If there are foreseeable problems I’ll stop and ask what the customer wants to do. My previous customers trust my judgment so I’ll go ahead with what I think is best but not unless it’s clear I should do it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the job experience trained by my father and many subcontractors I would work with. I studied electronics at ITT tech with a 3.8 gpa.
