- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The general pricing to cover both agent's commissions is 6% when selling, (3% to Selling Agent, & 3% offered to Buyer's Agent). If you're buying & because your Buying agents commission is covered by the Seller in a transaction, you want to be sure that you have representation you can trust to get the job done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To first cover introductions and get to know each other. It's nice to know who you're going to be working with over the next 1-3 months on both accounts. I then dive into what you're wanting to accomplish and begin to educate & let you know what's possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides my license, I also keep up on real estate continued education classes monthly as laws, technology, the market, & systems are always changing. Nice to have someone who is up to date in this business.
