Phil did a house inspection in Ogden for a house my wife and I are purchasing. I came in at the end of the inspection and he was all ready to discuss with me his findings. He answered all of my questions and took the time to make sure I understood everything he found. I could tell Phil is very experienced and knows what to look for. Phil was hired on very short notice due to a scheduling conflict but was still able to accommodate our time. He came on time and did a very thorough job. He is extremely knowledgable and personable and was very reasonable on the cost. I would highly recommend him for your inspection.
