- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I first do an in-home estimate to understand exactly what the customer wants and needs done. Then I will send the customer a quote later that evening. If the customer schedules a cleaning, I do the work, and then accept payment via Venmo once it’s been completed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I moved into an apartment that had been “professionally cleaned” but it was still very grimy. I re-cleaned everything and realized I enjoyed cleaning much more than my call-center job, so I created my business and have been cleaning since.
