$25/ hour for standard jobs, $50/ hour for heavy purge/clean/organize.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I have a few questions. What's your square footage, how much is hardwood and tile? Bathrooms:how many? full, half bath? Children: how many and what ages? Pets: how many and what kinds? Before my first visit we will prioritize your house-keeping needs and desires. I will do an initial deep-clean and set up a schedule for maintenance. I work from the top down, so when cleaning a kitchen I start on top of the upper cabinets, the door and window jambs, the top of the fridge, cabinet faces, counter tops and baseboards. I clean behind the fridge, too! My maintenance cleans involve deep-cleaning one or two rooms, and then a lighter clean in the others, so every room gets deep cleaned regularly. Some clients like to assist in the organizing, others leave me a key and a check, and step in after everything is shiny and clean. What ever your preference, let's get started!
