- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most cleaning companies charge you “by the hour”. This makes it very difficult to know exactly how much your bill will be at the end of the job. To avoid this, we make sure to find out as much information about your home & your needs prior to starting, that way we can give you an accurate & clear estimate. This takes the guesswork out for you, so you can rest assured knowing exactly how much you will spend. We don’t leave or charge you until you are 100% satisfied with our work. We provide discounts of all recurring cleans because we are very grateful for your business - plus the more we know your space, the less time it takes & the more efficiently we can do the cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we get to know you, your situation & your home in order to fully understand all of your expectations and cleaning needs. This helps us to create a fully customized estimate that is tailored to your house and your budget. Once your job is booked in, on the day of your cleaning we send you updates to take the guessing out of when we will arrive. The very first time we arrive at your property, we’ll do a full walk-thru together with you so that we fully understand and appreciate all your expectations and special directions or requests. Once the cleaning has been completed, we’ll ask you to walk-thru your home with us again to ensure your expectations are fully met and you are 100% satisfied with our performance. We only charge you at the end of the job when you confirm you are 100% happy with our work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CSS and CMC classes help keep us up to date on all the latest cleaning techniques, products & equipment. We are constantly learning and adjusting our methods to clean more efficiently by using the safest products. All of our cleaners are experienced, vetted & trained to use the best procedures in your home.
