- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is set competitively based on market rates and I guarantee my work is 100%. I also offer a free in-person bid as I feel you cannot accurately bid a cleaning job without seeing the property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get in touch with the customer, find a good day for the customer to get a free quote, if the customer hires us then we make a one time/weekly/monthly plan and then we get to cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years of cleaning experience. I have been cleaning for work since 2018.
