Working with Seattle has been such a life altering experience for me. I have always been interested in Hypnosis and have always wanted to try it out to heal my inner child and to gain self love and do my best to heal whatever trauma and stress I've repressed to start living my best life and Seattle gave me that peace and sense of self love. She was incredibly kind and very knowledgeable in her field and seemed to be very passionate about her work. She made everything very clear and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole session. We did breathwork and some body mapping and I have never had a more spiritual and mind wakening experience in my life. With each layer of release, the more stress and anxiety I felt just lift from my body. With my last layer of emotional release, I broke down in tears as I saw myself in my head as a child as Seattle did some body mapping on my hips and legs. I saw myself as a child behind what looked like a glass wall looking at me and she was crying. and when Seattle counted down and let me know it was time to "Tone" (basically punching the air and making an audible sound to release emotions and tensions) and once I started toning. My child self in head starting matching my motions and hitting the glass that was between us and when I saw the glass break I started breaking down in tears and also laughing! I was taken so off guard of my abrupt reaction and from seeing what I saw and feeling what I felt. I just felt so incredibly at ease. When Seattle instructed me to go back to my normal breathing pattern I can see myself hug my child self and I just felt happiness in the deepest parts of me. I have never felt relaxation and bliss like I did in her incredibly comfy recliner. The way she read and spoke affirmations to me throughout the whole session and how she made sure she gained consent before doing anything new made my trust for her strong and my experience with her intense. The immediate result was fascinating in itself, however, the aftermath and noticing the results is what still bogles me today. This was my very first session and after just one, I felt energetic, Euphoric and like the stresses I've been going through the past couple months/years were not on the forefront of my mind. I felt safe. After a day or two I noticed how quiet my mind was when it came to self comments or self deprecations. I noticed I was more loving towards myself and the people I love most who I have pushed aside to handle the turmoil I've been going through. She is absolutely amazing in what she does and how she explains everything from how your body reacts and why; to what I can expect after a couple of days. I highly recommend Seattle to anyone ready to start this healing journey and I thank her for shedding some light to the darkness stuck inside me!

Seattle is a wealth of knowledge! She understands how emotions and how the brain works in conjunction with those emotions and being able to release them. The Breathworks technique is so incredible! I started these to help me with my blood sugar. In the morning after fasting I tested at 114, after my session it was at 84! The lowest I’ve been in weeks since I started testing regularly! I am so excited to have this resources to help me on my health and well-being journey!

I had 3 amazing sessions with Seattle. We practiced self love techniques, past life regression, and trauma healing. Lots of Karma was shown more clearly to me and I learned to love & accept my inner child with Seattle’s help. Each session was an unforgettable experience in its own way. I walked out every time with a weight lifted from my shoulders and naturally more optimistic. What also comes with this is learning amazing techniques for meditation. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my session price is 200$ but I offer review discounts of 50$ off per honest review... This can be used multiple times to assist with the sessions pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require an introduction session where I get clear about my clients intentions and what will serve them on their unique healing journey. After the completion of my introduction session I have a variety of healing sessions to choose from such as regression therapy, forgiveness work and breathwork sessions to calm the central nervous system .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my bachelor's of science in psychology and my hypnotherapy certification from the NGH
