- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on how much space the items will take up in our trailer. Our trailer is 6x12 feet,(16 cubic yards or 432 cubic feet) and our rates range from $80 to $550 per load (depending on location).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll start by reviewing your needs to fully understand the project. We offer clear, no-hassle quotes along with fast turnarounds. Most jobs are completed in one day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years of experience in the recycling, logistics and customer service Industries. We're able to advise our clients on items that can be donated and what will have to be recycled or otherwise disposed of.
