Tyler was very pleasant to deal with. He did everything I asked him to do. It went beyond my expectations!! I even hired him to take care of my snow plowing needs this winter! His prices are very fair! It's so hard to find good trades so when I do find one I want to spread the word as it is well deserved! I will definitely work with Tyler again!

Tyler is great, we had a situation that needed immediate attention and he was very accommodating and even came a day earlier then we were expecting him. The two men worked hard all day and accomplished a large task. We needed several trees trimmed and a large amount of junk and landscaping done and they miraculously did it all in one day. I will definitely be hiring him to come back in the spring for my landscaping work.

We had a terrible time finding a good company to handle our snow removal for the season. They came out to look at our property and provide a true cost estimate. Once hired, they came in a timely manner and did a very thorough job. I'm glad we found them and they took the time to listen to our unique needs. We are currently considering them to do our landscape work as well.

I got 4 different estimates, and prices were pretty similar. The reason I went with TPM was communication. While others were terse, hard to understand, or slow to reply, Tyler was friendly, quick to respond, and showed he had a good grasp on what I wanted.
The job was pretty basic. I had 6 shrubs that had grown wild that I just wanted GONE! Three were in a small strip next to the house intermingled with a nest of Iris roots. Tyler and his helper got the whole mess cleared out, smoothed over, and sprayed to prevent new growth. He had estimated 3-5 hours, depending on how difficult one particularly junglesque shrub turned out to be. It took the full 5 hours. I now have 2 beautifully cleared spots in my front yard, perfectly ready for whatever I decide to plant there in the Fall. Tyler and his helper were on-time and courteous. I will definitely recommend them and would hire them again.

Tyler does an amazing job! From his communication, follow up, detail, responses, to an outstanding job with the service he provides. My wife and I hired him to do our yard care on a bi-weekly basis. He also did such an impressive job that my neighbor hired him to.
You could waste your time with others, but why? If you want outstanding service, detail, a great price, communication and the owner on site. Then stop here and hire Total Property Management. You won't be disappointed!
