- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a firm believer that when you work hard for something, you appreciate it more. So when I give a quote, it is almost always negotiable. I wont take a payment unless I have done enough work to earn it. Same goes the other way too. If the job was easier than expected, I will discount the price as such. I do this because I love it, not because of the money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It doesn't matter if you are my newest or oldest customer. Every project gets the same great attention as the next.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Infantry for 12 years, 8 years active. If you know anything about the Army, you know that we do all the grass and grounds maintenance around our Company areas. "Area Beautification"
