Everett did everything we discussed. He was extremely easy to work with, and had great recommendations! He was able to complete the job, which involved removing some small trees, in one day and the garden is in perfect shape for winter maintenance. We will definitely recommend him for landscaping issues!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I bid my pricing off effort/time/laborers. I go off track on pricing, I look at time, labour, and what makes sense for me. That’s how pricing can work out in customers advantage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I definitely like a walk thru bid, to ensure I see exactly what I’m dealing with, and knowing where to give a accurate bid, for what I believe it to be, and getting a good feel for the customer as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained with each one of my fathers workers 2 week each, with all 3 employees, to learn all skills, and ask all questions I had.
