- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our lawn care customers are $25-40 for weekly mowing. Other services are priced by the job depending on how much work needs to be done. We are always happy to give a free quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new lawn customer reaches out to us, we are usually able to gather there property address and get them a quick quote by looking there house up online. From there it is either a quick phone conversation or correspondence through Thumbtack to gather some additional info and get them on our schedule. We are often able to show up within the next few days for there first service. We also make billing easy by emailing monthly invoices that can be paid online with a card or PayPal transfer.

Many hours walking behind a mower and trimmer.
