FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In High School my best friend was running the yearbook and convinced me to be her computer guy. I had never done any layout or design before and so I took a graphics class during that summer. I fell in love and decided that I wanted to do graphic design as a career. I have been blessed with the opportunity to learn and to use my skills for more than 15 years now.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do a lot of Logos, Business Cards, Signs and Brochures. The great thing about design however is that I am flexible to design anything.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure to communicate your preferences. When working with a designer you need to have a good relationship and any good relationship needs good communication. If you are not happy with the look of the design or don't feel that it is meeting your needs you need to communicate that to the designer. Don't worry about offending or feel that you are being critical. I would prefer that you told me to change the direction of a layout rather than having you unhappy as a client.
