Introduction: I am a life and relationship coach, at your service. I work with all kinds of people who want to make a change in their life, especially those who I like to call "mid-life moms." This applies to fathers too. This is often a time of reflection and dreaming - now that kids need you less - what do YOU want to be when you grow up? Whether you've been working in our out of the home, this is often a time for a change. Maybe a new career? Maybe picking an old one back up? Maybe you aren't sure, but something! This is also a time when more attention turns back towards marriage and relationship. What do you want that to look like? I work with those who are ready to make a change, even if you don't know what that is yet. I am a Co-Active Coach and I have studied the Gottman relationship model (level 1). I believe strongly in the magic of the everyday.

Working with Carmen was excellent. She thinks and speaks quickly to keep things moving by probing in a way that opens you up in a positive way while heading off digressions. Carmen wraps up the progress you've made with an action plan. The solutions were creative, new ways of looking at my issues. Carmen's compassion matched with her intelligence and instinct gave me such a positive experience, and helped me to move things forward that I was really stuck on.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is $150 for a single session and I offer a package discount of 5 sessions for $600.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually have a brief call to chat and establish fit. If it is a go, then you schedule your appointments using my scheduler, which is on the services page of my website.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Co-Active (formerly CTI) trained for life coaching and have completed the level 1 Gottman relationship training.
