I am a life and relationship coach, at your service. I work with all kinds of people who want to make a change in their life, especially those who I like to call "mid-life moms." This applies to fathers too. This is often a time of reflection and dreaming - now that kids need you less - what do YOU want to be when you grow up? Whether you've been working in our out of the home, this is often a time for a change. Maybe a new career? Maybe picking an old one back up? Maybe you aren't sure, but something! This is also a time when more attention turns back towards marriage and relationship. What do you want that to look like? I work with those who are ready to make a change, even if you don't know what that is yet. I am a Co-Active Coach and I have studied the Gottman relationship model (level 1). I believe strongly in the magic of the everyday.
