What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to make sure our customer is as comfortable and stress free as possible because we know how stressful and emotional moving can be! First, we like to get to know our customer. This helps us better understand who they are and what their specific needs are. Because we know that our customers are usually under demanding deadlines to get moved, we work quickly, efficiently, and handle every detail with care.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Combined, we have 10+ years of moving and transportation experience. Because of this, we have been able to adequately position ourselves to provide the best customer experience to the specific needs of our consumer.

Two men and a truck: $120/hr
Three men: $145/hr
Four men: $170/hr
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After working for many years with professional moving companies and running our own trucking company, we decided that we could do it better. Although those companies were really great, they seem to have lost their dedications to customer satisfaction. Our goal when starting the company was to really focus in on the needs of our customer so they would have a great experience.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers and moved all types of homes and offices local and long distance.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently worked with a man by the name of Jon who was very pleasant and even left us a great review about the specific movers he used that day. The move took less than 2 hours.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are shopping for a moving company, make sure they are completely legal and insured, like we are, and have great reviews that don't look fake in nature. Trust is the biggest factor when it comes to moving your valuables.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Customers should decide if they would prefer to do the packing or have us do it and make their move even easier. If they have any really heavy items such as pianos or safes we need to know about that so we can bring the proper equipment. Everything else can be discussed when giving the estimate.
