S&Js Movers killed it for us! We had to pack up an entire house into a U-Haul and Expedition and somehow pulled it off. Sal and his associates were a great help. Appreciate you all!
These guys moved my moms stuff for her. I covered the costs as a gift and these guys made it super easy for her. She said they were wonderful and moved all the furniture and did it very fast. She was impressed! Thanks again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-HOURLY RATE is applied for moves with a minimum 2 hours.
-$65 PER HOUR/PER MAN With Truck Supplied (full service)
-$60 PER HOUR/ PER MAN No Truck Supplied (labor only)
-TWO HOUR MINIMUM for ALL Moves (INCLUDING unload only/load only)
-MOVES UNDER 2 HOURS (unload only/load only) flat fee of $100 per man. (Eg. 3 men = $300),
-3 HOUR MINIMUM for moves OUTSIDE SALT LAKE COUNTY (includes deliveries AND load/unload)
-WE ARE FLEXIBLE on pricing!
-DRIVE-TIME is an ADDED COST for Truck Supplied Moves, unless under 15 TOTAL minutes driving to move location.
-INCREMENTS are every 15 MINUTES/Quarter-hour (.25) if job is 2(+) hours.
-Inquire about PIANOS, POOL TABLES, HOT TUBS, SAFES, ETC. (extra charge for heavy items)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is first and most important. App, text and/or phone contact with us. We like to know exactly what it is we're relocating and where we are going. We typically reach back to customers through Thumbtack's app and their messaging system. After we break the ice, we send a text and/or call our customers. We also make sure to do follow-ups with customers to make sure that our job is still good to go.
Moving can be stressful but it's our profession. We pride ourselves in our work, and what I find is that's what takes the stress away from our customers. Leave things to us!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My small crew and I have more than 15 years of combined moving experience professionally. Some of my crew have experience with professional delivery driving. I personally have around 3 years of packing/unpacking delivery trucks in ADDITION to over 3 years of professional moving/delivering. This includes packing household belongings in every room, stacking/unstacking trucks, furniture assembly/disassembly, plastic and furniture pad-wrapping, box-truck driving/parking, deliveries, over-the-road (out of state) shipping, long-distance, state to state moving, etc.
