I’m so happy with my results. Cayman has been training me 3 times a week and then doing a massage weekly to Bi-weekly since November 2019. His approach has been to find imbalances between my left and right side in the gym. He carefully chose exercises to force my muscles to start engaging again and to regain proper function. My left side for whatever reason was weak and not working as hard. Later, through massage, he could find trouble areas he saw in the gym and then back to the gym to strengthen more. The approach has been holistic to say the least. My body has responded amazingly and friends have noted my gains. I feel so much better! His Training + Massage seems to be the key for my body to be healthy and look the way I’d like it to.

As a fellow massage therapist I can say that Cayman knows how to provide an excellent deep tissue/structural massage. My right shoulder has been bothering me for months and he was able to provide me with more relief than any other LMT I've tried. I will definitely be going back for further work on my chronic issues.

All prices are competitively based and we do not offer and discounts.

When a new client schedules with us we try to communicate the desired outcome of the session and we discuss our approach!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to the Cortiva institute and received my massage training then received my licensure through the state of Utah. We are trained through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as Certified Personal Trainers.
