Introduction
As a graduate of The L'Art du Gateau program at the prestigious French Pastry School in Chicago, I was fortunate enough to be taught by some of the greatest Master Cake and Sugar Artists in the world. I also have a diploma in Culinary Arts from The International Culinary Schools at The Art Institute of Salt Lake City. In my culinary career I have had the opportunity to serve in many positions including: Pastry Chef at Log Haven Restaurant, Pastry Sous Chef at Westminster College, Executive Chef at Zest Kitchen & Bar and currently Executive Pastry Chef and owner of Bucktown Bakery.

I hired Natalie last minute to do my daughters cake for her 3rd birthday and she was amazing. This was the first time I've ever ordered a custom cake and she was friendly and helped me by asking the right questions. The cake turned out better than I could imagine and was delicious to eat as well! I would definitely recommend Natalie to anyone that needs a cake for their event!

Natalie was fabulous to work with! We were out-of-state and she was able to help us make the party extra special with the delicious cake she designed, prepared and delivered!! I asked Chef Natalie to make a cheesecake with fresh strawberries and vanilla bean glaze for my boyfriend's surprise birthday party. Not only did she have it ready so last minute for me, she also made it to perfection. I have never tasted a better cheesecake in my life! All of the guests, and more importantly my boyfriend, were super impressed with the quality and the price. I will absolutely be using Chef Natalie in the future, and now all my friends will too!

AMAZING!! Natalie and Rebecca are the best. I had a late notice order in hopes to have it done by Monday and they nailed it! They were fresh out of the oven and ready to go first thing in the morning. She suggested her person favorite Maple Carmel Pecan Sticky Buns and they were amazing! I love their service as well. Both very professional and way friendly. I'll refer them to anyone and will definitely be back for more!

Natalie great and so easy to work with. She gave detailed information about the timing, delivery, price, and suggestions for making cupcakes that fit our event theme. Everyone loved her bowling themed cupcakes and the surprise chocolate filling!
