- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep an average of around $25.00 an hour but we work with our folks depending on the property and what needs to be done.We cover products and travel expense.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to view the property get all special instructions or details needed.we are flexible so we can have the initial meeting to fit your schedule our bidders work daytime as well as evening we fit around our customers schedule.We can also view thru google earth if that is easier or more convenient.we do have referral discounts..The first time we like to spend an hour or more extra to get the property in shape.If we are doing a regular scheduled cleaning we get it to our standards then its basically an up keep paying attention to windows one week,floor boards the next,blinds the following week.By the end of the month its all under controll and kept tidy.Unless we get different instructions. we can do carpets the end week of the month just need a heads up if needed.

I majored in business management as well as 12 years experiance in the house and industrial cleaning business.
