Chris is an amazing trainer and in my opinion the best hands down. We sat down and set goals I wanted to achieve on our first consultation and he gave me a personalized overview of what it would take to meet my goals I workout with Chris 3 times a week with a coworkers. I love working out with him! He always makes us feel comfortable while still pushing us to be the best we can be. I would strongly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a personal trainer in Salt lake city. Chris is an excellent trainer. We have fun the whole time, but work hard, too. I have a bad back, and whenever an exercise comes up that wouldn't be good for me, he's able to alter it so I can still participate. His workouts are challenging at first but he encouraged me along the way. I can see the results and definitely feel them as well. I recommend Chris to anybody wanting to get in shape or just maintain shape, he is a wonderful trainer and a great Pushing you beyond what you think you can do.

Chris is everything that you are looking for in a trainer. For the time we met and he introduced himself to me, you can tell that your in good hands with Chris and what he dose! He customizes the workout to what is beneficial for you and your goals. He very flexible with scheduling you in on a time best for you, which is awesome. He is easy to work with. He pushed me and found ways to make my workouts more challenging and enjoyable. He provided variety. I don't think we ever did the same workout. Chris is a awesome trainer! A excellent professional trainer. He always has a great workout for me. He brings a strong work ethic, push you beyond what you think you can do and drives results. I highly recommend Chris whatever your goals are, Chris takes the time to get to know you and what your body needs to achieve your goals.

Chris is amazing at what he does.. My wive and i Hired Chris to come to our apartment and train us. He was the only Trainer out of the 10 trainer that would work without busy schedule and budget. With the little equipment available Chris still provides a workout that gives us results. He help sets up workouts that is challenging. I specifically like the variety of exercises and didn't get board at all. He made weekly workout and nutrition plans for us.

I absolutely love working out with Chris! He is a great trainer, Fun to work with, great experience and highly recommended. provides great workouts that get results! I have been going here for about 2 and a half months and have seen a big change in my fitness level. I never felt intimidated or just another number. He cares to see you succeed, and pushes you. I love that he not only gives excellent workout, but also provides weekly meal plans on what to eat. In the 2 and a half months working with Chris. I already feel much stronger and love the variety of exercises we do! In such a short time period, his training has worked wonders for me. The first week working with Chris I loss 7 pounds following his food plan guide. Today I have loss 23 pounds. I look and feel better then I have in years. I love his ability to cater towards a specific goal of mine and the constant motivation he gives me to achieve my goals. In terms of time management, he always been open to growth when it comes to my schedule and have also catered towards what times work best for me to train.
