I come from a weight loss background of my own, which is what inspired me to get into the fitness industry. During my own fitness journey, I have gone from being 75 pounds overweight and know how difficult and challenging it can be to lose that weight. Not only do I offer personal training services, but I also assist with nutritional programs, race prep & coaching, and am a certified yoga instructor. I am here to take the guesswork out of your workout. I can help optimize your routine so you can achieve your results faster. I will take all of your concerns into the construction of your personalized training plan.

I am currently on my remission from lymphoma and I had never worked out in my life before, so I wasn't very sure how it would go. But Ray made everything turned out great! Thanks to him my life changed for the better.. Ray has been my personal trainer for almost a year now and he has helped me improve my fitness levels in ways that I am even surprised myself. He keeps me motivated and set me goals that I can achieve. He is so dedicated that he will continue working with me even after the session is over at times just to help me getting my cardio in. He is always very flexible to make changes with the schedules even at the last minute. He always keeps the workouts interesting, adding different moves. He would push me just enough to improve myself and will give me enough rest time when I need it. I would highly recommend him for anyone that needs a push for a healthier life style!!

Wonderful Trainer and Very Easy to Get Along With! I am a 30 year old male. I trained under Ray at my apartment building in Atlanta for about 14 months before he moved West a month ago. Ray is an expert physical trainer, a wealth of knowledge on diet, and a joy to train with. Ray has a vast variety of excercises for every goal, so I literally never did the same workout twice with him. I trained with Ray 3 times a week, followed his diet plan to about 80-90%, and saw results immediately! Choosing to utilize a personal trainer was one of the best decisions I've ever made. If you're looking for a personal trainer, I'd recommend pulling the trigger with Ray.

Went to Ray Potts & Midtown Trainers with neck pain and a few pounds to lose. Not even 2 months later all my neck pain was gone and I had lost 15 pounds!

I've been working with Ray for nearly two years. Excellent trainer that keeps the workouts interesting. He's kept me motivated and focused my training were I needed the most help. This is the first time I've been sucessful in maintaining an exercise program; couldn't have done it without Ray's help.

All I can say is RAY is awesome. It broke my heart to see him go. Ray is the first trainer in my 47 years on this earth that looked at me in my entirety. From my eating, drinking, exercise, and sleep habits to discussing ways to help tame the demons in my head. If you want to see a positive change in ALL aspects of your life, I strongly suggest giving him a try.
