- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a complicated pricing system. I try to keep things affordable and to work within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Once we are a good fit I explain the whole package I will be providing for them. 2. As soon as the client is happy with that we then set up a shoot date and time. 3. When that is confirmed I send over the agreement form and invoice for half of the total balance as the deposit. This solidifies the date from being snatched up by another potential client. 4. I arrive at the agreed location 'on time' and get lost in my world of capturing great moments with you and you family and/or friends 5. Turnaround time depends on the type of shoot and if specific edit requests are made, usually anywhere from 2 business days to 3 weeks. Your photos are delivered and remaining balance is required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 2 years of technical photography training. Credentials for portfolio based on the style of Andre Kertesz and Ansel Adams. Various photography education classes, seminars and one on one training with various professional photographers. 5 + years of experience.
