- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard Piano Tuning cost is $90 Pitch raise is $45 Piano Repairs and Regulation is $45/hr., plus cost of any replacement parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact my customer to schedule an appointment the same day as the initial contact. During the appointment, I will tune the entire piano to proper A 440 pitch, as well as, dust and clean the piano. And, if the piano needs additional care or repairs, together we will review, negotiate, and agree on a that additional price. The cost of my piano service will be collected at the end of my appointment. I accept cash, checks and debit or credit cards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as an qualified independent piano tuner and technician for many over 15 years. I also currently work as a staff piano tuner and technician at Summerhays Music Piano Source for several years.
