I can't say enough good things about Chris and have already referred him to 2 family members for Piano tuning. He is a great technician that truly has a passion for music and pianos. We have a console piano that had been through a move and hadn't been tuned in years. He went the extra mile by adjusting things that weren't in the initial bid like how the key cover opens, etc. I really enjoyed that he didn't up charge for the small adjustments to actions. I wouldn't hesitate to have Chris perform more major repairs to action when they are required as he obviously is highly skilled at what he does. He explained what he was doing at every step to make sure we understood what he was doing and why he recommended the adjustment. He guarantees his tuning results and was willing to come back a few days later when we found a few keys that needed further adjustments. Seriously, you will be happy you chose Chris. Just do it!Mar 27, 2019Verified

Chris was FANTASTIC. Extremely friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He showed up with a smile on his face and even took the time to walk me through the tuning process, answered all my questions and got right to work! My favorite part of the experience was hearing him play songs in between finding notes that needed to be tuned. It was the perfect Saturday morning sipping coffee, listening to him play and overall making my piano sound better than it ever has! Video attached so you can enjoy his playing and process a bit too :) Thanks Chris! **Click and/or copy and paste this link to see the video: https://cl.ly/09e86f73daf8Mar 23, 2019Verified

Chris is very informative about the work he does. Even though it has been over 20 years since my piano was tuned, he was able to complete the job in the estimated time and did not charge me extra. I will call him for the next tuning . . . and it won't be 20 years! Great experience.Jan 19, 2019Verified
