Our manager,Tia Stock, has been fantastic so far. This was our first time using a property manager for renting out our family home, which was recently vacated by our daughter. We needed some work done to get it market ready. Amazing work in getting flooring, painters, yard work, stuff hauled away. They took care of it all. Market analysis done and found to be worth much more than we would have expected or charged. Rented within the first week on the market. Really an positive experience thus far. Very professional, good communication, documentation for property owners with monthly expense reports, tax stuff, etc. Can't say enough good things about Logic PM. GO Tia!

Management Fees range from 7-10%. Our pricing is very clear and transparent. No start up costs, no hidden costs whatsoever.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are equipped to handle anything you need when it comes to property management or real estate sales! We can take over management of a vacant home and quickly get it on-market and rented, or a home that currently has existing tenants.
