- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is only one month’s rent (paid over 12 months), which is equal to 8.33% of monthly rent for full-service property management. The only other charges are a one time leasing fee and renewal fee. We don't make money on fees because we believe we should only be making money when our clients do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a call or meeting to discuss your property and your needs. We'll answer any questions you have and explain our service and you'll meet the property manager who will be managing your property. From there, we move forward with a service agreement so we can get started renting your property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has a combined 30 years experience in the Utah real estate market. We're licensed property managers through the Utah Department of Commerce Real Estate Division as well as having a licensed broker on staff.
