James Seaman helped sell our old condo and buy our new (dream) home. He marketed the condo so well that we literally had thousands of views and dozens of interested parties. We sold the condo at list, and were under contract in four days. He helped us through the entire process soup d' nuts.
We enjoyed looking at houses with James as he is both knowledgable and personable. He helped us see things we wouldn't have otherwise have noticed. When James said, "this house is clean," we knew it was a good one. He always kept an eye out for where my Christmas tree would go and if my husband's truck would fit in the garage. We looked at many, many houses and James was such a good sport.
The house we really wanted, we called "the hail mary house;" we didnt think we would be able to get in without a miracle because the market was so cut-throat. Well James played all of his best cards by calling the agent, calling our lender to call their agent to assure the buyer of our reliability, revising our offer twice, and finding creative angles that would help us have a more competitive bid-- without raising the offer price to something we couldn't afford. He really fought for this house for us, and won! I couldn't be more pleased or impressed.
I will recommend James to all of my friends and family. He is literally the best.

Working with James as an absolute pleasure. Honestly when my wife and I started looking for homes we weren’t convinced it was the right time. After seeing more houses than I want to admit to, James helped us find the right house. He was a strong advocate for us through the offer and offer acceptance phase, and really helped us get into a property we had only dreamed about before.
In addition to navigating us through the offer process, James was able to get our old house sold in record time, we were under contract within the week - a strong indicator that James knows the market and is tuned into how best to get a property to move.
I would strongly recommend James to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a property. He is a strong professional, with supreme ethics, and remarkable knowledge.

As first time home (condo) buyers, James was excellent to work with. At the time, condos we were in the market for were selling incredibly fast. James was incredibly responsive and got us in to see many last minute as soon as they were available. During the buying process, he was honest and informative which was helpful as we were doing this for the first time. A few years later when it came to selling our condo, James was again responsive and sold our condo for over list in under a week. He was knowledgeable about the market at the time and positioned us to get the most we could out of our home. The selling process was quick and again informative. He worked with us in our unique situation of being out of town at the end of the process and making sure everything was completed in a timely and professional manner. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone in the area looking for an agent for both buying and selling for personal or investment properties.

James knows what he is doing and makes unfamiliar and frustrating situations manageable and peasant (both buying and selling). We had our previous home listed for sale and under contract with a different agent, but when that fell through James took charge and got us $5k more than the previous offer-with a much more committed buyer. He then put a cherry on top and helped us buy our current home, even when we were in a competitive multiple-offer situation. James legitimately cared about us, and put our needs at the forefront of his process. We’d recommend him to any and everyone who is considering selling or buying their home (especially if you have any unique needs).

James is the only agent we will ever work with! He is experienced, efficient, and thorough. As first time home buyers, we were completely clueless. James walked us through every step of the way, clearly communicated what was happening, and what we needed to do to move the proceeds along. He made what could have been a really stressful time, a fun and super easy experience for us. He worked hard to get us the best deal possible, and was an amazing advocate for us. We have also been really impressed with James’ follow-through process. We moved in to our house over 6 months ago, and he has continued to check in with us to make sure we are completely satisfied with our house, and our experience working with him.
