As first time home (condo) buyers, James was excellent to work with. At the time, condos we were in the market for were selling incredibly fast. James was incredibly responsive and got us in to see many last minute as soon as they were available. During the buying process, he was honest and informative which was helpful as we were doing this for the first time. A few years later when it came to selling our condo, James was again responsive and sold our condo for over list in under a week. He was knowledgeable about the market at the time and positioned us to get the most we could out of our home. The selling process was quick and again informative. He worked with us in our unique situation of being out of town at the end of the process and making sure everything was completed in a timely and professional manner. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone in the area looking for an agent for both buying and selling for personal or investment properties.

James knows what he is doing and makes unfamiliar and frustrating situations manageable and peasant (both buying and selling). We had our previous home listed for sale and under contract with a different agent, but when that fell through James took charge and got us $5k more than the previous offer-with a much more committed buyer. He then put a cherry on top and helped us buy our current home, even when we were in a competitive multiple-offer situation. James legitimately cared about us, and put our needs at the forefront of his process. We’d recommend him to any and everyone who is considering selling or buying their home (especially if you have any unique needs).

James went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied during every process of buying my home. He listened to my wants and needs, helped me find the home that fit every single one of them! He helped guide me through the process and maintained a very honest and professional relationship. I even backed out on the home I’m now in, and Then changed my mind a week later and he was so patient with me! He followed up with me countless times after I bought me home to ensure that I was completely happy with my decision. I would recommend James to anyone looking to buy a home, he’s exceptionally great!!
