- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer special discount listing services tailored to meet the needs of individual sellers. While I provide full-service listings, I also offer flat rate listings, which can save a seller thousands of dollars if they are willing to do a little more work to sell their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a licensed real estate agent I am required to complete 18 credit hours of continuing education every 24 months, this keeps me current on contract, legal and ethical issues and professional trends.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always wanted to be a real estate agent, but didn't think I was good at sales, boy was I wrong. I had 20+ years financial management experience before I became an agent. Little did I know those years of experience would serve me very well as an agent. I love what I do and it shows. Over 90% of my business comes from client referrals and I think that says a lot about the level of service I provide.
