I think Curtis did a fantastic job selling my house. I had to move out of state and couldn't finish all the fixes in time and he took care of it all, including finding carpet samples, hiring contractors to replace it, removing remaining large items from the house, hiring cleaning services etc. He totally owned the sale process and made it very easy for me. I honestly wouldn't have thought it could be so easy when you're out of state. He negotiated much better than I would if I had to sale it on my own and it only took about a month end-to-end from listing to receiving the cash. I think such great service for half the cost is a rare find.

Curtis is the perfect realtor because he also is a general contractor. It was incredibly helpful to have this additional expertise as we were looking at homes because he was able to spot structural problems with the home, or if it was a cheap remodel that would cost me a lot of money down the road. He was also able to give me an idea of cost if I was curious about remodeling a portion of a home. He is an excellent negotiator as well. Once I finally found the home I wanted to make an offer on, not only was he able to negotiate a good price, but he also saved me thousands of dollars by negotiating with the seller to place blinds in all the windows, put up a fence in the back yard, and fix several other things in the home. I have used Curtis for two purchases and a home sale and have been extremely happy each time. Give Curtis a call. You won't be disappointed! Oh, and did I mention his prices are unbelievable?
