I’m Curtis Pons, the ZERO COST agent. I list homes on the MLS for Free if you’re also buying locally with me. If you’re only selling then it’s just 1.5%. I’m also the only agent who allows sellers to continue selling By Owner after it’s listed. So if you find a buyer before I do then you pay ZERO FEES.

I think Curtis did a fantastic job selling my house. I had to move out of state and couldn't finish all the fixes in time and he took care of it all, including finding carpet samples, hiring contractors to replace it, removing remaining large items from the house, hiring cleaning services etc. He totally owned the sale process and made it very easy for me. I honestly wouldn't have thought it could be so easy when you're out of state. He negotiated much better than I would if I had to sale it on my own and it only took about a month end-to-end from listing to receiving the cash. I think such great service for half the cost is a rare find.

Our experience was excellent. We had at least two offers above the expected asking price and our condo was sold within 45 days of listing. Communication was constant and it was a delight working with Curtis. He was punctual, responsive, professional and all we could ask for.
