Quick response (unlike many other roofers we tried to call with no call back). Evaluated the necessary repair and gave us details about multiple options along with their recommendation. They then got right on the repair. I would definitely use them again.

They were quick and efficient with removing my evap cooler and patching up the hole. I also asked them to remove a dish and seal the holes that the old owner left and they completed both in the same appointment slot.

What a great experience. Placed a thumbtack request and hired Luis within five minutes of my post. We scheduled the repair next day and he can out this morning and replaced the flashing expertly. Would hire again!

We had our whole roof replaced and had to go through our insurance company. Dealing with the insurance company and the roofing company they wanted us to use was a joke but High Point Roofing was super patient and accommodating with us and did everything they could to work with us. When we finally got things sorted with the insurance company, High Point Roofing was on the job within a matter of days and had it completed within a couple days (removed all the old shingles, replaced damaged wood, repapered, and reshingled). I was pleasantly surprised with how well they cleaned up all the old shingles, paper, and nails (I think I found 3-4 nails in a flower bed and that was the only garbage left behind when they were done). The communication was always quick and friendly. We ended up needing them to come back for a service call and I had a response to my text and an appointment for the following morning set-up within minutes of my initial text. I'm only giving 5 stars because that's the most I can give. I give my highest recommendation for High Point Roofing to anyone who has a roofing need.
