Ryan and his crew did a fabulous job. They were prompt, efficient, meticulous and kept us informed at every step of the process. Unlike some contractors who bid a job and then you never see them again, he was there working alongside his crew every day. When he found issues he photographed so we could see, and took the time to explain exactly what we were seeing and the different ways it could be handled. I especially appreciated how neat they were with the work area. The neighbor also noticed and commented on their tidyness. They cleaned as they went; I wish I could hire them to teach my daughters this habit! LOL
We unfortunately found things that were not expected in the process - and that's where I am most grateful we chose Rhino. The opportunity to gouge us was there, but Rhino was professional and transparent throughout the process.
Do I want to replace my roof again? Absolutely not, but if I did I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.

Ryan was very quick to reply to my first initial request for contact. He was able to come out an take a look the very next day. To my surprise my repair could be done at the same time. That means a lot when you don't have to wait longer for repair. Ryan quickly took pictures, showed me the problem, offered a couple options for repair and quickly it was completed with a very reasonable price also. I would definitely recommend Rhino Repairs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Providing an accurate price will always entail us visiting the home and looking at the job completely. We can give a rough bid but would prefer to give you an accurate bid by walking the roof. Bids take about 15-20 minutes.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Recovering existing roofing, Complete tear-off and new roofing installed. Repair pipe flashings. Repair chimney flashings. Roof repair. Shingle blow off and repair.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for experience and someone who will answer you in a straightforward manner. Vague answers are never a good sign.
