I’m Jennifer Dazley, founder of Empowered You Solutions, and I hold a Spiritual Healing Practitioner license. My work blends compassionate listening, intuitive insight, practical next steps, and transformational tools to help clients reconnect with their inner wisdom and move forward with greater confidence.
Clients often come to me when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, spiritually disconnected, or ready for a meaningful life shift. My approach is calm, supportive, honest, and pressure-free. I do not believe in forcing growth — I believe in helping you feel seen, supported, and empowered as you take your next aligned step.
All sessions are held online through Zoom, making it easy to receive support from the comfort of your own space. Empowered You Solutions serves clients in Salt Lake City, surrounding Utah communities, and online.

Jennifer was great to work with. I was very nervous at first and didn't know what to expect, but I found her very easy to talk to. Our sessions always brought great insight into my situation, and I began to see small shifts in myself and my behavior in a relatively short time. It's been several months since I met with her, and her insight, instructions, and the incredible workbook she provides are still very valuable. I highly recommend working with Jennifer.
