I talk with people every day who want something more for their life yet don't know how to get it. Sometimes they only know they are in pain, feel anxious, afraid, overwhelmed or frustrated with themselves, their work or relationships. For over 20 years I have helped adults & adolescents grow, learn new skills & feel better in their life. My clients learn to get unstuck in their thoughts, habits and perceptions, to learn new skills and ways of being so they can find more self kindness and take risks toward life giving choices. I have grown into my work through both my education and more deeply my own journey of healing. I have come to understand that our challenges are part of our maturing into life. That how we meet them is what makes the life we live. I believe that we can all grow and change towards a more vibrant and alive life with healing and support. In this work we use your inner symbolic life (dreams, hopes, inspirations), build your embodied awareness and use research based, neurologically oriented shifting techniques as powerful alleys in your desire to feel better.
