I would highly recommend working with William for any tile job! As a new home owner, we had a budget for our kitchen backsplash and we received a fair quote for quality work. He was patient when we needed time to decide on material and made it easy to understand every step. He was on time, responsive, and answered all our questions throughout. Highly recommend William he did such an amazing job on our Shower and radiant heat flooring. He is an artist and a professional. He really knows what he is doing and it turned out awesome. We had a tile that had a lot of creamy waves, and he lined up the tile, so they matched perfectly and flowed throughout the room. He also removed even minor imperfections and replaced them without hesitation as he is a perfectionist when it comes to tile.
