First, the job completely changed on him, but he took up the new challenge with a smile. I asked him to design a plaque with house numbers on it to mount to the front of the house. The product he delivered and installed far exceeded my expectations. I was thrilled with the results. While he was installing the house numbers, I asked him to bid on another job for me. He was willing to go the extra mile for me while he was on my roof and even checked out my rain gutters for debris. His price was more than fair, and he was very sweet with my dogs.
