First, the job completely changed on him, but he took up the new challenge with a smile. I asked him to design a plaque with house numbers on it to mount to the front of the house. The product he delivered and installed far exceeded my expectations. I was thrilled with the results. While he was installing the house numbers, I asked him to bid on another job for me.
