Dylan was amazing. We had to move clinics over the weekend and all of our staff were working through Saturday and Sunday to get open on Monday. Except, no one knew how to mount a TV. But Dylan did!!!! He was in and out so fast and the installation was flawless. We will definitely be keeping him around for the future!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies but when you own a business you have to remember that there are fees and other things that you might not normally think about. if you have any questions please just ask. Though I'm pretty well thought out on why my price is what it is, I'm always happy to work with people.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally just ask them where they want the project done and we'll go through any specifications with them. if I run into issues I always talk to them. Sometimes issues arise when in the middle of a project.
