- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Three words: we can be reasonable! We understand that orice is a huge consideration and you’ll find that we have the best deal in town for our quality!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important thing is to make sure I understand your needs and that my service is a total for so I typically need to come for a no cost in person estimate in order to do detailed measurements and listen to everything you need and have envisioned for the project, then I will send the estimate over within 1-2 business days with a detailed itemized list and as many other details as you deem necessary with the pricing. We don’t upcharge on materials and provide receipts as well as pass on our contractor discounts to you which I’ve found is a huge benefit to working with us. No hidden fees.
