WiFi Pros were knowledgeable and fast to get my home network up and running. We have had poor wifi in the basement, no more thanks to these guys! The prices are unbeatable for all that you get. I rarely give 5 stars, but these guys are awesome!

They came out on time and did a good quality job, for a good price. Other companies didn't respond to messages or declined since it was a small job. I will hire Utah WiFi Pros again for future projects.
Utah WiFi Pros came out and attached Keystones to cables I had run from my network closet to various jack locations in my home. It was a small job with 9 cables, and 2 keystones per cable. They also tested & labeled each connection at the patch panel.
The work was done quickly and professionally, and within the time estimate, they had initially quoted me.
I hired Momentum Electric to run the network cables from my network/server closet to each of the jack locations. They did an excellent job of running the cables through the crawl space and up the walls, as well as prepping the locations for the Network team from Utah WiFi Pros to come behind and finish the last phase of the project. This is the 2nd job I've hired Momentum Electric for and I do plan on hiring them again for future projects in the near future too.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a standard trip fee to dispatch a tech to anywhere within 50 miles of Salt Lake. Additional fee for locations 50 miles away or greater. Non-quantifiable job types such as wiring installation are charged hourly at a $70/hour rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For most job types we try to conduct a remote or in-person site survey to provide a detailed solution and estimate to go with it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of network installation and deployment for Fortune 500, Tier 1 carriers such as Sprint, T-Mobile, AT&T, CenturyLink, Amazon and others.
