- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually have a meeting before I agree to work with anyone. I like to make sure we are a good fit and that I am, in fact, the person that can help them most. From there, we agree on location, price, and frequency. It's hard to say what comes next, it depends on the person and exactly what their needs are. I like to stay open and flexible so that I can make sure to give an authentic and individualized experience.

Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology and Wellness: Emphasis in Nutrition and Behavioral Psychology Yoga 500 RYT Personal Training Certified
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I create highly personalized and full scope health plans, involving all of my knowledge as a Exercise and Sport Science/Nutrition graduate, 500+ hr yoga certified instructor, corporate wellness facilitator and personal trainer. Teach a variety of yoga classes. From group classes, private yoga to hiking yoga in our local mountains. I give nutrition consultations and create detailed meal plans. Most importantly, I help my clients realize the beauty and strength in their own body and how capable they really are. Life is to be enjoyed, I believe I have a few tools to help that goal be achieved a bit better.
