Hello, my name is Kiaa, 500+ hour Certified Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Counselor & Ceremonial Sound Facilitator. I have a private yoga studio in Millcreek that fits up to 5 for yoga and 6 for sound journeys. I offer off-site private sessions and events perfect for any celebration or occasion. Just yoga, or a mix of yoga + sound journey options available.

This is a secret gem that I want EVERYONE to know about. Jade Moon is such high vibrations. You walk in and feel like you’re at home. You’re greeted and made to feel like you are exactly where you should be. Kiaa is the most genuine and knowledgeable yoga instructor / business owner I personally have come across. Kiaa knows so much about Ayurvedic medicine. She answered all of my questions. I am so grateful I came across this studio ☺️

Kiaa is amazing at what she does. She’s very educated in this field. My experience with her was something I needed deeply and has helped me mentally. I have absolutely loved being able to connect with her through yoga and meditation. After her session I felt more light and focused throughout the day. It’s amazing how a class can bring you calmness and clarity. I would recommend a session with her if you’re needing a moment of clarity or relaxation for a busy week ahead.
