- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is defined by the value we can bring to you, quality and competition. We don't wanna be the cheapest company, but we always try to be fair and close to other good companies. We often offer specials, discounts and coupons. Carpet cleaning can vary from $0.35 per square foot to $0.65.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a first time costumer we always like to give a 1th time discount negotiated only when we are already on the site cleaning. Our goal is to have the client on a maintenance plan which will save the client money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are all certified by the IICRC for carpets, upholstery cleaning and tile cleaning.
