- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our outstanding work will leave you in awe, give as a call and a professional will provide a quote for you over phone or on site. Carpet Cleaning pricing is kept simple $35 per Room, Stairs $35 and Hallways are free of charge. Pet Treatment will be free during the month of December.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First impressions are everything! We will provide you with a top notch carpet specialist that will provide a free estimate, the next step is up too you! We would love to provide our outstanding service that day or we can set up a future date of your liking.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
MJ's works with a wide variety of customers, our main source of work is Residential Carpet Cleaning. Commercial is a close second, we subcontract for UDK ( Utah Disaster Kleenup) and FIX Flood Impact Xperts, Iron Horse Racing use's our Auto Detail including Semi Detail, Trailer Detail, RV Detail and Carpet Cleaning.
