My laptop had been having a few screen issues for a while. I thought that I'd just deal with it, but the issues became progressively worse until it just drove me nuts I took it to a few computer shops in town with varying responses. One told me my computer was unfixable and needed to be traded in for a newer model. One told me they could fix it, but they'd have to send it in for service in Kansas for a few days (which wouldn't have worked for me). I brought it into Computer Hospital and everything worked out great. I showed up on a Tuesday and explained the problem. They quickly ordered my new screen and that came in on a Thursday. I walked in to drop off my laptop and the guy said, "It'll take me 15 minutes." (I should clarify, they said that my computer was particularly easy to fix, which is why it didn't take very long. But still). Sure enough, 15 minutes later I had a working computer and it was awesome. Customer service was amazing, they were willing to work with me, and my "unfixable" computer was taken care of in minutes. If I ever need computer repairs in the future, I'll definitely be coming to Computer Hospital.

A few keys broke on my laptop broke. From the moment I called Latecia on the phone I received fantastic customer service. She was able to give me a price over the phone and order the part for me. She was extremely pleasant to speak to. The part came in quick. The store is well kept, clean and inviting Latecia was excellent about updating is on the time frame. They werent judgy about the amount of dust in my computer and cleaned it up for me as well. Excellent business with a adorable power couple running it and running it well. I only wish I would have called them earlier and saved myself all the frustration dealing with a computer that wasnt running like it should. If you are reading this take your computer to them now.
