TroyDB completely remodeled two of our bathrooms and installed a secondary upstairs laundry. The project involved gutting the bathrooms to the studs, moving a couple of small walls, and some re-plumbing and re-wiring electrical. There were typically two or more people working full days for the entire project timeline, which was about 5 weeks. They also permitted the project and handled all of the paperwork and scheduling with the city. We are very happy with the final outcome!
That's not to say there weren't hiccups and miscommunications along the way - that's to be expected in any major reno project. The reason TroyDB gets 5 stars from us is because they handled issues professionally and worked until all details in the project were correct - including one last concern that came up after the project was completed and paid.

I had a fantastic experience working with Troy Design and Build. In particular our project manager Nofar was a pleasure to work with. She kept the project on schedule, answered questions and solved problems. The construction, paint and flooring workers were committed to quality and were very detail oriented. I am so satisfied with the end result. I will definitely be working with Troy Design and Build in the future.

We do offer 10% discount for military and veterans
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially meeting on site, second meeting in one of the showrooms we work with one of our interior designers to get a better idea on finish materials choices and then move forward with scheduling a starting date for construction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
General contractor license in Utah with 12 years of experience in the construction industry
