- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since our "Bread & Butter" and Specialty is in Hardwood Floor Sand & Refinishing, the pricing for such apllies as follows. The cost of a Sand & Refinish (for example) can vary considerably, but you should expect to spend between $6-$10/sq ft, depending on the species/type of wood floor, the condition of the floor, the complexity of the job itself, the square footage, as well as where you reside in proximity to the company's physical location. We offer a 5% referral fee as well!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the service we're providing (Install, Addition, Repair, Sand & Refinish), the process is fairly smooth. We begin by locating an area with good, natural lighting, then we sand out an area and lay down up to 5 samples (anything beyond that requires an additional cost) and offer a variety of finish "sheens" - Gloss, Sem-Gloss, Sating, Matte, Ultra Matte - to satisfy your eyes.
